The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the hotel was also conveniently located near local amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. This made it easy for me to find everything I needed during my business trip. Additionally, the hotel had two swimming pools which were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of work.

The hotel had some drawbacks. the carpets in the rooms were dirty and stained, which gave the overall impression of a lack of cleanliness.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Crowded breakfast with a wide variety of food. Comfortable beds and tranquil atmosphere. Convenient location near a metro station.

I recently stayed at Novotel in Lisbon for a solo trip and was very impressed. The hotel is located in a safe area with easy access to the city center and airport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and well-stocked bathroom. The breakfast at Bicicleta restaurant was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the clear instructions and powerful shower. a great experience!

Novotel Lisboa had everything we needed at a great price - good food, great amenities, and convenient location. The outdoor pool was a nice bonus, and the family rooms made our stay comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the breakfast had many choices to start our day off right.

The location is not ideal as it is a bit far from the city center and there are no grocery stores nearby. The walk to the nearest metro station is not pleasant, especially in the evening. However, the room is comfortable with cozy beds and the bathroom is clean and well-appointed. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff is friendly and helpful. it is a decent place to stay if you don't mind the location and fitness center.

The fitness center needs improvement with better equipment and maintenance.

Despite being under the flight path, there was no noise disturbance from the planes or other guests. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had a room with good internet reception. I also appreciated the option of having breakfast delivered to my room, especially during these times when indoor dining is not preferred. The pool was a hit with my kids, providing them with hours of enjoyment.

One drawback was that the blankets in the room had multiple tears and holes, which was unexpected from a Novotel. Additionally, there was a delay in delivering our laundry, leaving us without night clothes.
